A ‘New Garland’ Special – Coming Soon
To celebrate 40 years of the Happy Dragons’ Press, we're working on our most ambitious project to date.
The collection features Scots Gaelic, Romany, Hebrew, Cornish and many more of the ‘other’ languages spoken in the British Isles, between 1840 and 1940, with translations into English from contemporary poets.
See below for a complete list of languages and dialects included.
With illustrations from many artists including Trevor Sowden who produced the two colour lino-cut, left.
We're not yet accepting pre-orders for this title online but email us and we'll reserve you a copy.
